Yes, all our items are discreetly packaged, in plain simple packaging. Contents are NOT indicated on the exterior of the package - there is no reference to specific products contained in the package.

Typically we use Australia Post for all deliveries. If for any reason we are unable to use Australia Post then we will send via one of our other affiliate postage providers - Fed Ex, UPS or DHL. ALL Orders are sent 'Express Post' service, to ensure the package gets there on time and fast as possible. All orders are sent with tracking if we need to trace them.
Our postage rates are fixed at the following rates:
AUD$10 Flat-Rate per order - Allow 3-7 working days delivery
Varies, depending on country - Please select products and check in your cart - Allow 7-14 working days delivery
Typically orders are picked and packed within the same day. If your order is received before 3pm on any working day, then it will normally leave our warehouse on the same day.
In the unlikely event that your order is placed and we are unable to fulfill the order then you will be notified within 2 working days.
For the fastest ordering and delivery place your order via our website, on credit card. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Credit Card payments are instantly authorised for dispatch.

In the unlikely event that a parcel we have dispatched has not been received then please contact our support team using our contact us page.
If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received we will investigate for you. If you entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not be received and has not been returned to us by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in situations like this. It is the customers responsibility to provide complete and correct address details for delivery. We encourage all customers to double check the shipping address on the checkout page, prior to placing the order. We also encourage customers to check again in the delivery email which is sent after placing the order.
If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again (after a 21 day waiting period - enough time for Australia Post to return the goods to us) or refund the order.
